WHO WE ARE
Teen Angel Project (TAP) is a non-profit, pre-professional program for young artists whose mission is to bring joy to communities in need, through song and dance.
TAP performs in hospitals, homeless shelters, veterans facilities, hospice centers, nursing homes - wherever music could brighten a life.
As a parent and student conceived community service organization, TAP is committed to fostering a socially conscious performance company.
WHAT WE DO
We offer community service performances throughout the year, free of charge, designed to bring smiles to audiences of all ages.
WHY WE DO IT
To bring joy to those in need through song and dance.
HOW WE DO IT
Teen Angel Project has established itself as the only youth musical theater performance company in the DC metropolitan area with a mission for outreach through music and dance.
With this at heart, TAP trains its young professionals to master their artistry and passion for performance, while shining light on communities that need it.
TAP professionals understand that their performances mean as much to their audiences as to them, so we do this with heart.
For the community, for the kids, for the love of music and dance. We do musical theater.
Virtual Roadshow Film
TAP's Virtual Roadshow Film, created in the midst of the pandemic in 2021, is available to the public! This film contains 8 performances with songs aimed to take you back in time. From our staple Tribute to the Armed Forces Medley, to tapping down 42nd St., and swingin’ and swayin’ in Motown, we are still proud to bring smiles to the community during the most difficult of times! If you or anyone you know is interested in receiving our Roadshow Film, free of charge, email us at teenangel@teenangelproject.org! See below for a sneak peek of our Motown Medley!
